Lobby impressive, corridor well decorated and clean carpet. Breakfast just ok, very basic but for the money it's fair. They shold provide toasted bread at least. Free Car parking in basement good. Located on main road, close to diplomatic enclave and VFS visa office.

the worst stay hotel I ever stayed. apart from the location, nothing in the hotel is good. the worst rooms very provided to me at the corner of the hotel where the Wi-Fi was not reaching two days I stayed and 6 times I called the reception to fix my wifi. only once a staff came but he couldnt help also.

This hotel is surviving on locational advantage purely . the reception guy is just terrible and demands money at the time of check in for all 3 nights . following are the observations . 1) Breakfast - limited choice and only Arabic . then expats from other part of world should not visit. normal breads even were not there . also eggs are scrambled only , no one to give you omlette /poach or boiled if you ask for these basics but missing 2) SOAP IN BATHROOM - Expired long back and when tried applying on skin it almost rubbed skin and no lather formed meaning old stock soaps are used ( when shown to the service guy he replied saying that it was sealed and used by all.../which means the supplier of soap gives expired soaps to this hotel and they get scot free sayinmg it is sealed !! excellent never heard !! 3) FEEDBACK - They are least bothered when i said i will share feedback with BOOKING.COM. They said write whatever you want to.. this is how we are .. BOOKING.COM ..Are you listening? never seen this type of horrible treatments and against such high cost which in takasoi street they are taking ...from customers in comparison to other hotels. I left hotel; after 2 days instead of my 3 days booking and BOOKING.COM is simply suggesting this hotel everytime for what reasonm I do not understand . either they are unaware or they are bribed to push this hotel !! i have myself checked in a much better equal location ROSEFIELD hotel which does not even appear in booking.com!! TERRIBLE Indeed
